Functions & Clubhouse Hire
Methven’s 19th is a great space where you can either relax and enjoy the beautiful views or party the night away.
The clubhouse is available for weddings, birthdays, a family or work get together, conferences and just good old fashioned fun after a round on one of New Zealand’s finest country courses.
We are able to cater in the clubhouse for up to 120 people – prices and arrangements include:
– Club house / Kitchen Hire $10 to $1000
(includes tables, chairs, toilets, some table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware)
– Additional costs catering contact us for details
– Drinks Beer $6-8, Wine glass $7-9, RTDs $7-9 soft drinks $3-4
– Bar staff costs
– Special license cost
– Courtesy vehicle cost
– Cleaning costs
Social Groups
If you are a group just wanting to play a round or a group wishing to play a round and have access to the club house facilities please contact our Golf Coordinator to discuss details.
Corporate Golf Groups
If you are a business or organisation there is an opportunity to hire the course for a day or days. For details regarding hire of the course please contact our Golf Coordinator. Prices and arrangements are dependent on a number of factors including:
– The date requested
– The size of your group
– How long you require the course for
– Are you playing 18 or 9 holes
– Catering and bar requirements before, during and after the game
– Nature of competition
– Sponsors signage and regalia
The array of accommodation in Methven, which is literally just around the corner from the golf course, can cater to any taste or budget. So if you’re traveling through the region there’s always a place to stay.
